How does it work?
- We offer a bridge loan determined on the equity in your home
- We don’t charge any interest for 6 months
- We have a flat 2.25% fee based on your home’s estimated list price plus state-specific closing costs
- Our fees can be deducted from the money we lend you
- We work with your lender and agent or refer one if you need it
- If your home hasn’t sold after 6 months, we will buy it at an agreed price
